We visited during the last weekend of spring break. The townhouse was clean and nicely furnished. The only thing missing was a throw blanket for the couch. I appreciate ample towels and washcloths. The king bed and pillows were comfy. My daughter used the pool and confirmed it was heated. Almost everything in the listing is as advertised. Unfortunately, you can hear the road noise inside at this unit. Otherwise, this is a great place to stay!

It had most of the stuff there that we needed. (Bought extra toilet paper as there was only one roll). There was plenty of shampoo and conditioner and body wash. (Needs pans to bake a pizza or biscuits, more towels would be nice, and curtains). Other than that it was very spacious and pleasant. We had the pool to ourselves most of the time. Enjoyed our stay. A little noisy from the busy street.

Property was very well kept. The only problem we encountered were an abundace of mosquitoes. Our family was able to conveniently travel to Fulton, Aransas Pass and Port Aransas.

I have an annual work trip, where i take some of my customers fishing. Every year has been a struggle finding a good hotel or bnb that will accommodate all of our needs. This place was perfect. Great location, fit 4 adult men comfortably. The location is perfect in that its close to Rockport, Fulton, Corpus & Aransas. I'm going to stay here every year now. Kelly was great, responsive and after the storm that hit was able to give me advice on road closures. 5 stars. 10 out of 10 - would recommend.
