Very nice and clean. Great location with the beach right down the road. Pool area is really nice and family friendly. Owner responded to questions promptly. Would definitely consider stating there again the next time we visit Rockport.

House was clean and spacious. The pool area is awesome, large area for children as well as large space in deeper end. Privacy patios were nice too! Several eateries directly across street, and walking distance to HEB and WALMART. Would definitely plan a stay again.

Went for a quick fishing trip and this place was great! Very clean and in a great location. Hosts communicated in a timely manner and had an overall easy time checking in and out. Will definitely stay again!

This house was absolutely amazing! It had all the amenities and a huge yard for the kids to play including a trampoline. Very roomy for two families with kids. The bunk room even had toys and legos for the kids to use. The beds were very comfortable. The home was very close to the beach. We can’t wait to come back again!

We booked a last minute trip for our family. We decided to go with this place, because the pictures looked great and didn’t look outdated like most places. Everything was as pictured. Clean stay for my little ones. Please note there is tile throughout the home including the stairs so just something to keep in mind if you have infant/toddlers. Other than the room not being available at our check in time, everything else was great & location is near by HEB and fast food places. Less than 10 mins from beach. We would recommend this place to family & friends.

The townhome was clean, had everything we needed, and just all around comfortable to spend time in and relax. Close to everything most importantly the water, the only minor downside was hearing the traffic in the mornings but out of their control. My teen niece enjoyed the large clean pool, we all appreciated the kitchen (small but had all we needed) and the guys agreed the beds were well kept and comfortable! Also, Kelly was responsive and helpful! I’d recommend to anyone.

Kelly was amazing! We ended up having to do a last minute booking due to a camping trip gone sideways and she was so accommodating. We ended up having 2 extra friends join us and she was very quick to respond when we sent the request. The location is amazing too! The place was very clean and welcoming!
