We loved this place very clean plenty of room nice view of the pool, location was great we will definitely be back. Thank you for allowing us to stay here we had a great time.

We had short notice but we were able to book this place for less than we had budgeted and its location was great for our event. The entrance is hard to see at night and i kept trying to drive past it, even in the daylight Parking is limited.

This home is perfect for no more than 4 people. The kitchen was disappointing due to the lack of cookware, bowls, utensils, basic spices, and containers. If you plan to do more cooking than eating out, bring supplies. Living room space didn't seat 4 people comfortably. We shared our experience with owner in hopes for future success for others. Parking spot is super, super tight but thankfully the common parking area isn't far. The pool was great and neighbors were quiet. Enjoyed the short drive into town for shopping, restaurants that were open, and of course the BEACH! Highly recommend the newly opened Marker 12 restaurant and bar down the road!!

Great little stay for the weekend

Cute cottage and the pool was fun.

Overall this place was pretty good! We did have some issues with check-in. Maps will not take you to the correct address. Our lock box code did not work when we arrived. The water was difficult to control as the hot/cold was flipped. The beds are comfy and the kitchen is large and clean. The closets are very large with plenty of storage space if your staying for an extended period.

Totally sweet and spacious cottage with a park-like environment and pool. Clean, well-stocked, and safe. Kelly was very prompt with any communication and check-in and check-out were easy and straightforward. Highly recommend!

Great location very clean wonderful stay

Kelly's place was a great getaway for a long weekend. The Little Yellow Pelican was a perfect size for our family of 4. The community pool was fantastic for kids and right outside our door. Everything you could need for a trip was available. Kelly also was a great communicator and offered restaurant recommendations and answered all our questions promptly.

Overall, the property complex is pretty cute — 25 or 30 small cottages, with the exteriors painted in pastel colors, and with a nicely maintained central pool and courtyard. The unit I rented has a nice interior color scheme, with the contemporary gray/beige vinyl flooring, light gray walls, and white trim. Other pluses: The ceiling fans are nice and quiet. The AC is strong enough to cool the unit down quickly. The kitchen and baths were clean upon checkin. On the minus side, knocking my rating down to a 4: The unit is a bit musty. You get used to it when you’re there, but you sure notice it when you go away for a while and then return. The master toilet isn’t fully bolted down, so it rocks when you’re doing your business. Both toilet seats need to be replaced, as they have worn-through spots on the underside. The blinds don’t raise; they are permanently lowered, as they’ve cut off the raise/lower control strings, somewhat annoying when you want some fresh air and need to open the windows. The boxsprings have no coverings, so they look somewhat unfinished, especially the master boxspring, which is a little worn and tattered. The coffee pot basket was filthy upon checkin; the carafe itself was clean enough; but the basket still had old grounds in it that actually smelled. The back porch was very dirty upon checkin, and the deck chairs were too dirty to sit on without me washing them with soap & water. The pool is adequate, but needs a remodel, or at least a refresh, as it has the old 1990s redwood color scheme, which really clashes with the pastel cottages. Further minuses, knocking my rating down to a 3: The windows had no screens, and the latches and control surfaces were very filthy. I had to wash those too, at least the 2 windows I regularly opened when I wanted fresh air. As there were no screens, every day was a fly-chasing exercise, and I had to clean up debris that blew in when the windows were open. The couch has an offensive smell, maybe “old dog that needs a bath”, or cheap insecticide, or human BO, or a combination thereof. It really needs a deep clean, or replacement. The sink is damaged and needs to be replaced. It’s actually been painted, and the paint is peeling. The refrigerator door has rust spots all over it. The other stainless appliances don’t have that problem, but the fridge sure does. Since I was there for a month, these things tend to bother me more than they would a weekend renter. All in all, it’s still a good value, just a 3-star good value, not a 5-star good value.

This place is amazing! This is hands down the cleanest AirBNB I have ever stayed in. The location was great, and the pool felt nice after a hot summer day. Kelly was a great host, and we will absolutely be back. Tip: bring a baby gate with you if you want to close off the front patio. I didn’t realize the front didn’t fully close until we arrived (my fault from not looking at photos closely)

You can expect everything that Kelly has posted to be true. We enjoyed our stay there.

The beds were not very comfortable. No one told us the couch had a mattress that pulls out which would have been better than an overly soft bed. The TV in the living room was unplugged and we weren’t familiar with connecting the cable so smart tvs in both rooms would have been ideal. The refrigerator was not cold even though the settings said it was on the coldest so our milk for our baby went bad. I reported there was cigarette buds and beer cans outside left from the tenant before. Besides that, it was a wonderful place to be rained in at during our failed beach trip lol

Everything is as described- the center courtyard is beautiful with mature oaks and a great pool and patio… And the master bathtub is deep enough for wonderful soaking

Very clean nice house but the parking situation is horrible. I guess I should have looked to see if there was any parking for a boat. The pictures are deceiving.

This was a lovely Little Pelican! Very roomy, very clean, it was nice to have the 2nd entrance to the courtyard for the dog. Like another renter, the GPS seemed to have trouble but put in The Cart Store and you’ll get there with no problems. Owner was very responsive to any question; we had no problems. You will enjoy it and Rockport!

We really enjoyed our stay. This place is very comfortable, organized and clean. Neighbors were respectful and nice. Kelly and Aaron are extremely helpful and respond so quickly to any issue of you may have.

My friends and I arrived about an hour early and Kelly was able to accommodate us by allowing us to check in early. We were surprised at how spacious and clean it was. They had plenty of towels, kitchen utensils and beautiful pool. The beds were comfortable and even had a personal bbq pit that we utilized. We will definitely be staying here again. Thanks Kelly!

I have high standards for cleanliness and this is by far the cleanest of any place (whether AirBnB or 5 star hotel) I've ever stayed! Kelly's responses weren't just fast, they were immediate! We only stayed for one night, off-season, so we weren't able to make use of the pristine community pool, but it did look inviting as did the community fire pit. The cottage was deceptively spacious and was more room than what we needed for 2 adults and 2 children. Everything was exactly as described and accurately depicted in the photos. The location was very convenient to Rockport Beach and nearby restaurants and not too far to the ferry for Port Aransas. A brief, but perfect break. We will certainly make it a point to stay here again when we have more time as it's the best value you will find in this area.

This place is a hidden jewel. We were three ladies and it was perfect. It was clean, very clean, convenient to both Rockport and Port A. The pool was nice although we only used it once. The price was definitely affordable! We will be back.

my family and I with my little 2 dogs went to Rockport for the weekend, enjoyed staying at this place, beds were super confortable, everything sparkling clean, very convenient for pets because there is a backyard were you can take them to walk. We also enjoyed using the pool of the comunity. It is located 8 minutes away from the beach.

Our stay at the cottage was very welcoming. The cottage was very clean and had everything we needed. When we go out of town my husband always says he can never sleep comfortably, but this time he said he slept good and said the bed was really comfortable. The place is very nice and cozy and we would definitely come again when visiting Rockport. They have a pool out there, which we didn’t use, but look well maintained. There was plenty of grass to walk our mini schnauzers. We ended up bringing my sister due to change of plans and she absolutely fell in love with the place and wants to bring her daughter and family when they do their next fishing trip. I was concerned about the parking since we came in 3 vehicles, but to my surprise we never had any issues with parking, even when we got back late. Kelly was very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions we had. Thank for allowing us to stay at your cozy cottage!🙌🫶

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the vacation cottage. A few minor things, the listing said no shampoo, but there was no body wash or laundary detergent either. The front patio (the car park side) has a very uneven surface, had a couple of falls in that area while loading/unloading the car.

Very clean and nice place for a small family. The pool was nice and place to sit around to enjoy the scenery. Would definitely come back next time.

It is a nice location, close to all the local attractions. The space itself was clean and spacious, and everything was as advertised. Comfortable beds, plenty of kitchen utensils, washer and dryer in-house, and ample green areas (including a small enclosed backyard) for pets.

This home is perfect for no more than 4 people. The kitchen was disappointing due to the lack of cookware, bowls, utensils, basic spices, and containers. If you plan to do more cooking than eating out, bring supplies. Living room space didn't seat 4 people comfortably. We shared our experience with owner in hopes for future success for others. Parking spot is super, super tight but thankfully the common parking area isn't far. The pool was great and neighbors were quiet. Enjoyed the short drive into town for shopping, restaurants that were open, and of course the BEACH! Highly recommend the newly opened Marker 12 restaurant and bar down the road!!

Kelly was a great host, and we will absolutely be back. Tip: bring a baby gate with you if you want to close off the front patio. Overall, the property complex is pretty cute — 25 or 30 small cottages, with the exteriors painted in pastel colors, and with a nicely maintained central pool and courtyard. The unit I rented has a nice interior color scheme, with the contemporary gray/beige vinyl flooring, light gray walls, and white trim. Other pluses: The ceiling fans are nice and quiet. The AC is strong enough to cool the unit down quickly. The kitchen and baths were clean upon checkin. On the minus side, knocking my rating down to a 4: The unit is a bit musty. You get used to it when you’re there, but you sure notice it when you go away for a while and then return. The master toilet isn’t fully bolted down, so it rocks when you’re doing your business. Both toilet seats need to be replaced, as they have worn-through spots on the underside. The blinds don’t raise; they are permanently lowered, as they’ve cut off the raise/lower control strings, somewhat annoying when you want some fresh air and need to open the windows. The boxsprings have no coverings, so they look somewhat unfinished, especially the master boxspring, which is a little worn and tattered. The coffee pot basket was filthy upon checkin; the carafe itself was clean enough; but the basket still had old grounds in it that actually smelled. The back porch was very dirty upon checkin, and the deck chairs were too dirty to sit on without me washing them with soap & water. The pool is adequate, but needs a remodel, or at least a refresh, as it has the old 1990s redwood color scheme, which really clashes with the pastel cottages. Further minuses, knocking my rating down to a 3: The windows had no screens, and the latches and control surfaces were very filthy. I had to wash those too, at least the 2 windows I regularly opened when I wanted fresh air. As there were no screens, every day was a fly-chasing exercise, and I had to clean up debris that blew in when the windows were open. The couch has an offensive smell, maybe “old dog that needs a bath”, or cheap insecticide, or human BO, or a combination thereof. It really needs a deep clean, or replacement. The sink is damaged and needs to be replaced. It’s actually been painted, and the paint is peeling. The refrigerator door has rust spots all over it. The other stainless appliances don’t have that problem, but the fridge sure does. Since I was there for a month, these things tend to bother me more than they would a weekend renter. All in all, it’s still a good value, just a 3-star good value, not a 5-star good value.

Kelly's place was a great getaway for a long weekend. The Little Yellow Pelican was a perfect size for our family of 4. The community pool was fantastic for kids and right outside our door. Everything you could need for a trip was available. Kelly also was a great communicator and offered restaurant recommendations and answered all our questions promptly.

I have high standards for cleanliness and this is by far the cleanest of any place (whether AirBnB or 5 star hotel) I've ever stayed! Kelly's responses weren't just fast, they were immediate! We only stayed for one night, off-season, so we weren't able to make use of the pristine community pool, but it did look inviting as did the community fire pit. The cottage was deceptively spacious and was more room than what we needed for 2 adults and 2 children. Everything was exactly as described and accurately depicted in the photos. The location was very convenient to Rockport Beach and nearby restaurants and not too far to the ferry for Port Aransas. A brief, but perfect break. We will certainly make it a point to stay here again when we have more time as it's the best value you will find in this area.

Our stay at the cottage was very welcoming. The cottage was very clean and had everything we needed. When we go out of town my husband always says he can never sleep comfortably, but this time he said he slept good and said the bed was really comfortable. The place is very nice and cozy and we would definitely come again when visiting Rockport. They have a pool out there, which we didn’t use, but look well maintained. There was plenty of grass to walk our mini schnauzers. We ended up bringing my sister due to change of plans and she absolutely fell in love with the place and wants to bring her daughter and family when they do their next fishing trip. I was concerned about the parking since we came in 3 vehicles, but to my surprise we never had any issues with parking, even when we got back late. Kelly was very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions we had. Thank for allowing us to stay at your cozy cottage!🙌🫶

It is a nice location, close to all the local attractions. The space itself was clean and spacious, and everything was as advertised. Comfortable beds, plenty of kitchen utensils, washer and dryer in-house, and ample green areas (including a small enclosed backyard) for pets.

Space was very accommodating and rooms are basic, not too much extra furniture. Kitchen was stocked well enough to cook a decent dinner and the laundry room a great bonus! There's a wood burning fire pit in the common area that was quite lovely for s'mores and ghost stories. Thank you for a nice time and such a cute place!

Cottage was clean and had everything they needed for short getaway. Would definitely recommend to others. We had a little issue at checkin and called Kelly. The beds were not very comfortable. No one told us the couch had a mattress that pulls out which would have been better than an overly soft bed. The TV in the living room was unplugged and we weren’t familiar with connecting the cable so smart tvs in both rooms would have been ideal. The refrigerator was not cold even though the settings said it was on the coldest so our milk for our baby went bad. I reported there was cigarette buds and beer cans outside left from the tenant before. Besides that, it was a wonderful place to be rained in at during our failed beach trip lol

This was a lovely Little Pelican! Very roomy, very clean, it was nice to have the 2nd entrance to the courtyard for the dog. Like another renter, the GPS seemed to have trouble but put in The Cart Store and you’ll get there with no problems. Owner was very responsive to any question; we had no problems. You will enjoy it and Rockport!

Very responsive when I asked for a crockpot and later some cleaning supplies (long term stay).

Space was very accommodating and rooms are basic, not too much extra furniture. Kitchen was stocked well enough to cook a decent dinner and the laundry room a great bonus! There's a wood burning fire pit in the common area that was quite lovely for s'mores and ghost stories. Thank you for a nice time and such a cute place!

No Issues

It is a nice location, close to all the local attractions. The space itself was clean and spacious, and everything was as advertised. Comfortable beds, plenty of kitchen utensils, washer and dryer in-house, and ample green areas (including a small enclosed backyard) for pets.

We really enjoyed our stay. This place is very comfortable, organized and clean. Neighbors were respectful and nice. Kelly and Aaron are extremely helpful and respond so quickly to any issue of you may have.

This is a very nice vacation cottage! We went for a weekend away at the beach with our two kids and our dogs. The community was super chill and the pool was perfect for the kids! The cottage itself was cute and comfy; perfect after a long day at the beach!

This home is perfect for no more than 4 people. The kitchen was disappointing due to the lack of cookware, bowls, utensils, basic spices, and containers. If you plan to do more cooking than eating out, bring supplies. Living room space didn't seat 4 people comfortably. We shared our experience with owner in hopes for future success for others. Parking spot is super, super tight but thankfully the common parking area isn't far. The pool was great and neighbors were quiet. Enjoyed the short drive into town for shopping, restaurants that were open, and of course the BEACH! Highly recommend the newly opened Marker 12 restaurant and bar down the road!!

Everything is as described- the center courtyard is beautiful with mature oaks and a great pool and patio… And the master bathtub is deep enough for wonderful soaking

Kelly's place was a great getaway for a long weekend. The Little Yellow Pelican was a perfect size for our family of 4. The community pool was fantastic for kids and right outside our door. Everything you could need for a trip was available. Kelly also was a great communicator and offered restaurant recommendations and answered all our questions promptly.

my family and I with my little 2 dogs went to Rockport for the weekend, enjoyed staying at this place, beds were super confortable, everything sparkling clean, very convenient for pets because there is a backyard were you can take them to walk. We also enjoyed using the pool of the comunity. It is located 8 minutes away from the beach.

This was a lovely Little Pelican! Very roomy, very clean, it was nice to have the 2nd entrance to the courtyard for the dog. Like another renter, the GPS seemed to have trouble but put in The Cart Store and you’ll get there with no problems. Owner was very responsive to any question; we had no problems. You will enjoy it and Rockport!

Overall, the property complex is pretty cute — 25 or 30 small cottages, with the exteriors painted in pastel colors, and with a nicely maintained central pool and courtyard. The unit I rented has a nice interior color scheme, with the contemporary gray/beige vinyl flooring, light gray walls, and white trim. Other pluses: The ceiling fans are nice and quiet. The AC is strong enough to cool the unit down quickly. The kitchen and baths were clean upon checkin. On the minus side, knocking my rating down to a 4: The unit is a bit musty. You get used to it when you’re there, but you sure notice it when you go away for a while and then return. The master toilet isn’t fully bolted down, so it rocks when you’re doing your business. Both toilet seats need to be replaced, as they have worn-through spots on the underside. The blinds don’t raise; they are permanently lowered, as they’ve cut off the raise/lower control strings, somewhat annoying when you want some fresh air and need to open the windows. The boxsprings have no coverings, so they look somewhat unfinished, especially the master boxspring, which is a little worn and tattered. The coffee pot basket was filthy upon checkin; the carafe itself was clean enough; but the basket still had old grounds in it that actually smelled. The back porch was very dirty upon checkin, and the deck chairs were too dirty to sit on without me washing them with soap & water. The pool is adequate, but needs a remodel, or at least a refresh, as it has the old 1990s redwood color scheme, which really clashes with the pastel cottages. Further minuses, knocking my rating down to a 3: The windows had no screens, and the latches and control surfaces were very filthy. I had to wash those too, at least the 2 windows I regularly opened when I wanted fresh air. As there were no screens, every day was a fly-chasing exercise, and I had to clean up debris that blew in when the windows were open. The couch has an offensive smell, maybe “old dog that needs a bath”, or cheap insecticide, or human BO, or a combination thereof. It really needs a deep clean, or replacement. The sink is damaged and needs to be replaced. It’s actually been painted, and the paint is peeling. The refrigerator door has rust spots all over it. The other stainless appliances don’t have that problem, but the fridge sure does. Since I was there for a month, these things tend to bother me more than they would a weekend renter. All in all, it’s still a good value, just a 3-star good value, not a 5-star good value.

This place is a hidden jewel. We were three ladies and it was perfect. It was clean, very clean, convenient to both Rockport and Port A. The pool was nice although we only used it once. The price was definitely affordable! We will be back.

I have high standards for cleanliness and this is by far the cleanest of any place (whether AirBnB or 5 star hotel) I've ever stayed! Kelly's responses weren't just fast, they were immediate! We only stayed for one night, off-season, so we weren't able to make use of the pristine community pool, but it did look inviting as did the community fire pit. The cottage was deceptively spacious and was more room than what we needed for 2 adults and 2 children. Everything was exactly as described and accurately depicted in the photos. The location was very convenient to Rockport Beach and nearby restaurants and not too far to the ferry for Port Aransas. A brief, but perfect break. We will certainly make it a point to stay here again when we have more time as it's the best value you will find in this area.

The beds were not very comfortable. No one told us the couch had a mattress that pulls out which would have been better than an overly soft bed. The TV in the living room was unplugged and we weren’t familiar with connecting the cable so smart tvs in both rooms would have been ideal. The refrigerator was not cold even though the settings said it was on the coldest so our milk for our baby went bad. I reported there was cigarette buds and beer cans outside left from the tenant before. Besides that, it was a wonderful place to be rained in at during our failed beach trip lol

We had short notice but we were able to book this place for less than we had budgeted and its location was great for our event. The entrance is hard to see at night and i kept trying to drive past it, even in the daylight Parking is limited.

We loved everything about the little yellow pelican! it was very accommodating for our small family and dog! it had a great open space for the kids to play and an amazing fire pit. the kids also enjoyed the pool alot! great price and overall an awesome place to stay!

Space was very accommodating and rooms are basic, not too much extra furniture. Kitchen was stocked well enough to cook a decent dinner and the laundry room a great bonus! There's a wood burning fire pit in the common area that was quite lovely for s'mores and ghost stories. Thank you for a nice time and such a cute place!

This is a very nice vacation cottage! We went for a weekend away at the beach with our two kids and our dogs. The community was super chill and the pool was perfect for the kids! The cottage itself was cute and comfy; perfect after a long day at the beach!

Our stay at the cottage was very welcoming. The cottage was very clean and had everything we needed. When we go out of town my husband always says he can never sleep comfortably, but this time he said he slept good and said the bed was really comfortable. The place is very nice and cozy and we would definitely come again when visiting Rockport. They have a pool out there, which we didn’t use, but look well maintained. There was plenty of grass to walk our mini schnauzers. We ended up bringing my sister due to change of plans and she absolutely fell in love with the place and wants to bring her daughter and family when they do their next fishing trip. I was concerned about the parking since we came in 3 vehicles, but to my surprise we never had any issues with parking, even when we got back late. Kelly was very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions we had. Thank for allowing us to stay at your cozy cottage!🙌🫶

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the vacation cottage. A few minor things, the listing said no shampoo, but there was no body wash or laundary detergent either. The front patio (the car park side) has a very uneven surface, had a couple of falls in that area while loading/unloading the car.

Enjoyed our stay, the area was peaceful and had things that kept the kids entertained. The house was worth the price. We would definitely come back again.

Awesome little hidden gem. Not far from Padre Island with so much to do. Layout was perfect for us and the washer/dryer was such a plus. Beds were SUPER comfortable for our group. Couldn't be happier with our stay! Thank you Kelly very much.

Great little cottage, nice courtyard and pool. Kelly and Aaron always were accessible. Could easily accommodate 6 people. Wouldn’t hesitate to rent from Kelly again.

my family and I with my little 2 dogs went to Rockport for the weekend, enjoyed staying at this place, beds were super confortable, everything sparkling clean, very convenient for pets because there is a backyard were you can take them to walk. We also enjoyed using the pool of the comunity. It is located 8 minutes away from the beach.

It is a nice location, close to all the local attractions. The space itself was clean and spacious, and everything was as advertised. Comfortable beds, plenty of kitchen utensils, washer and dryer in-house, and ample green areas (including a small enclosed backyard) for pets.

This place is great! Very spacious and clean. Master bedroom has a walk-in closet and bath. Neighborhood is very cute. We'll definitely be coming back! :)
