Property was clean, modern, and had all we needed. Kitchen supplies, soap, shampoo, coffee was all provided. Quiet place with easy access to the highway and Fulton/Rockport. Have stayed multiple times and never have had any issues.

The check in was so easy and the property was very clean, definitely will be staying again

Stayed here once before. Love it. Hot water just needs to be adjusted so there’s more available when using both showers at the same time or one after the other. I’ll continue to stay at this location

Simple check in, very clean, unit had everything you need...really felt comfortable there.

The property looked just like the listing pictures! It was perfect for our family of 5. Super cute cabin with plenty of space for us all to spread out & relax after our long drive. Owner was great to work with, despite me mistakenly scheduling our trip 1 day less than I meant to. Thank you for being a fun place to stay on our trip!

We enjoyed the place and it’s proximity to boat launches and restaurants. It was very clean and comfortable. I will definitely stay here again!

Cute little cottage in a great location. Just a few min away from Fulton, Rockport, beach, and multiple parks. It's tucked far enough away from the road so you don't hear much traffic noise. The wifi was super fast and reliable. The beds were very soft and comfy. The little vanity/dresser was such a nice bonus. Water got very hot. Kitchen was stocked with everything you need. We did have to supply our own paper towels and garbage bags beyond the first few days (we stayed for a month). You also have access to a little swimming pool which is shared by the cottages. The host was lightning fast with communication and seemed very nice. We did have one issue - the neighbor has a very loud truck that he parks right next to the cottage. He starts it around 6am every day and we have a hard time falling back asleep so we weren't very well rested. Both us and the host tried to ask him to move his truck to an open spot but he refused. Too bad, otherwise our stay would have been nearly perfect.

It's a cute little cottage. He makes the most of the space. It's tiny but we had everything we needed. He left a cute little basket with treats and provided bath, laundry and dish soap. There were some minor repairs needed - the door of the second bedroom is unhinged on top, the towel rack in the master bath was very loose and came off. The worst thing about the cottage and the reason we are giving just an okay rating is the master bedroom bed. It was awful. There is a piece of foam on top of a box spring or mattress. It was way too soft and we would roll into valleys. The sheets wouldn't stay on. We left a day early because we didn't want to sleep on the bed one more night. If the mattress is replaced and the minor repairs are done it's a good little place. Response: We do have a 4-inch mattress foam topper on top of our king mattress. Many of our guests love the bed with the added foam topper. The mattress topper is removable and had any of these issues been communicated during your stay we would have been happy to address them immediately, but unfortunately, none of these issues were communicated to us. We are local and pride ourselves on our response time and communication with guests.

I screwed up on scheduling this rental. Aaron not only offered me another one but since I had to grab something quick.. he even refunded my stay. He didn't have to do that but he did. Nicest and most understanding host ever and my next trip down I will try to repay his kindness!!! Would recommend!!! First class guy!

Didn’t know what to expect, we saw some smaller bungalows and we were very surprised when we opened the door. It was very roomy, clean. We felt right at home. The neighbors on both sides of us were very friendly and courteous. I would recommend this place to friends and would stay here again. Thank you for adding to a great vacation.

Spacious, clean, and all the amenities of home. The hosts answered all of our questions friendly and timely. Very open seating so we could all hang out together. 10/10 would stay here again. If we had stayed longer, we would have had to purchase trash bags. There were no floor mats in the bathroom, so we used towels. Only one towel per person. Response: Hi. I'm sorry for the confusion. In addition to the hanging towels in each bathroom. We have extra towels stored under the sink in both bathrooms. A quick phone call over and we would have happily brought more trash bags over.

Great location close to the "main drag" in Rockport. Close to Rockport beach as well, but far enough away not to disrupt the peach and tranquility that you were seeking upon booking. Great stay, I'd definitely recommend it for a weekend getaway!

Aaron’s place was clean and the perfect spot for us to stay! The two bedrooms worked out great for our little family and the cottage is not far from the beach or stores or anything you need. We were able to explore the area and check out Texas beaches. Aaron was responsive and it was easy to check in and check out. We really enjoyed our stay!

Perfect space for us on our little getaway. Very clean and tidy space, comfortable beds. We really enjoyed coffee on the front patio in the morning. Aaron was quick to respond to questions. My Spouse and I loved the cottage, it was very spacious and clean . We didn’t use the pool because we were busy around town and at the beach alot. The Air Conditioner was set 73 when we arrived which was perfect . We traveled with are 2 pets and we just love this place because are pets were able to stay with us. The size for the price compared to hotels in area. Great location Was a little hard to find. Didn't like all the glass in cottage as we have children.

Accommodations suited exactly what we needed. Loved the 2 bathrooms. Bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. We had a car. You definitely need a car if you are staying here. Was about a five minute drive to any services. Would recommend for our friends to stay. Aaron was very quick for responding to any inquiries.

We liked the size and accommodations of the cottage. It was comfortable and offered extras, like board games, that my kids really enjoyed. We would definitely stay here again. Plus - The hosts responded fast when we contacted them before trip and during checkin. We stayed there one night. Note that this is in Fulton. Improvements needed - Area is not lit well. It seemed safe enough. It’s like a trailer home and not actual home. Amenities - no soap or shampoo in bathroom. Trailer home like bathroom, basic. What ruined it for us is we saw dried pieces of broccoli/food in kitchen sink, fridge is old and has yellow spots all over the door possibly remnants from long time ago, microwave had some spots, freezer tray is rusted. Worst thing is this moldy, urea like smell on the couches which seem old. The bunk bed when you go up and move shakes the whole bed frame. The big bed is comfortable but makes noise when you turn. It was the couch smell which made me congested and I couldn’t wait to leave. The main living room TV which is the only one we used, when on regular Roku channel shows up green but when a video on YouTube was fine. Overall not worth $230 per night.

We really enjoyed our stay! The place is in a quiet neighborhood, which made it super relaxing after being out all day. The beds and couch were really comfy, and check-in was super easy. I loved the calming blue tones throughout the space perfect for unwinding. Arron and Kelley were great and quick to respond whenever we had questions. The only thing I’d change is the driveway it’s pretty small, and it was tricky parking our full-size truck. Other than that, everything was great!

Great location close to the "main drag" in Rockport. Close to Rockport beach as well, but far enough away not to disrupt the peach and tranquility that you were seeking upon booking. Great stay, I'd definitely recommend it for a weekend getaway!

Plus - The hosts responded fast when we contacted them before trip and during checkin. We stayed there one night. Note that this is in Fulton. Improvements needed - Area is not lit well. It seemed safe enough. It’s like a trailer home and not actual home. Amenities - no soap or shampoo in bathroom. Trailer home like bathroom, basic. What ruined it for us is we saw dried pieces of broccoli/food in kitchen sink, fridge is old and has yellow spots all over the door possibly remnants from long time ago, microwave had some spots, freezer tray is rusted. Worst thing is this moldy, urea like smell on the couches which seem old. The bunk bed when you go up and move shakes the whole bed frame. The big bed is comfortable but makes noise when you turn. It was the couch smell which made me congested and I couldn’t wait to leave. The main living room TV which is the only one we used, when on regular Roku channel shows up green but when a video on YouTube was fine. Overall not worth $230 per night.

The cottage was perfect for my family and I. We really enjoyed ourselves for this little weekend getaway. The hosts were great at responding to messages and questions. We definitely will be back.

My Spouse and I loved the cottage, it was very spacious and clean . We didn’t use the pool because we were busy around town and at the beach alot. The Air Conditioner was set 73 when we arrived which was perfect . We traveled with are 2 pets and we just love this place because are pets were able to stay with us. Cute little cottage in a great location. Just a few min away from Fulton, Rockport, beach, and multiple parks. It's tucked far enough away from the road so you don't hear much traffic noise. The wifi was super fast and reliable. The beds were very soft and comfy. The little vanity/dresser was such a nice bonus. Water got very hot. Kitchen was stocked with everything you need. We did have to supply our own paper towels and garbage bags beyond the first few days (we stayed for a month). You also have access to a little swimming pool which is shared by the cottages. The host was lightning fast with communication and seemed very nice. We did have one issue - the neighbor has a very loud truck that he parks right next to the cottage. He starts it around 6am every day and we have a hard time falling back asleep so we weren't very well rested. Both us and the host tried to ask him to move his truck to an open spot but he refused. Too bad, otherwise our stay would have been nearly perfect.

Stayed here once before. Love it. Hot water just needs to be adjusted so there’s more available when using both showers at the same time or one after the other. I’ll continue to stay at this location

Aaron’s place was clean and the perfect spot for us to stay! The two bedrooms worked out great for our little family and the cottage is not far from the beach or stores or anything you need. We were able to explore the area and check out Texas beaches. Aaron was responsive and it was easy to check in and check out. We really enjoyed our stay!

We liked the size and accommodations of the cottage. It was comfortable and offered extras, like board games, that my kids really enjoyed. We would definitely stay here again. Spacious, clean, and all the amenities of home. The hosts answered all of our questions friendly and timely. Very open seating so we could all hang out together. 10/10 would stay here again. If we had stayed longer, we would have had to purchase trash bags. There were no floor mats in the bathroom, so we used towels. Only one towel per person. Response: Hi. I'm sorry for the confusion. In addition to the hanging towels in each bathroom. We have extra towels stored under the sink in both bathrooms. A quick phone call over and we would have happily brought more trash bags over.

We really enjoyed the property overall! Not really an issue, but additional guest parking was towards the front of the property.

The location near Aransas NWR. Watch out for the fan if you sleep in the upper bed. Can cause serious bodily harm.

It's a cute little cottage. He makes the most of the space. It's tiny but we had everything we needed. He left a cute little basket with treats and provided bath, laundry and dish soap. There were some minor repairs needed - the door of the second bedroom is unhinged on top, the towel rack in the master bath was very loose and came off. The worst thing about the cottage and the reason we are giving just an okay rating is the master bedroom bed. It was awful. There is a piece of foam on top of a box spring or mattress. It was way too soft and we would roll into valleys. The sheets wouldn't stay on. We left a day early because we didn't want to sleep on the bed one more night. If the mattress is replaced and the minor repairs are done it's a good little place. Response: We do have a 4-inch mattress foam topper on top of our king mattress. Many of our guests love the bed with the added foam topper. The mattress topper is removable and had any of these issues been communicated during your stay we would have been happy to address them immediately, but unfortunately, none of these issues were communicated to us. We are local and pride ourselves on our response time and communication with guests.

Accommodations suited exactly what we needed. Loved the 2 bathrooms. Bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. We had a car. You definitely need a car if you are staying here. Was about a five minute drive to any services. Would recommend for our friends to stay. Aaron was very quick for responding to any inquiries.

This is our second time staying at this home and we absolutely loved it. The hosts are very available and communicate well. The pool is a great refreshing temperature. The king bed is super comfy. The house is clean and quiet at night. We hope to return many times in the future!

Didn’t know what to expect, we saw some smaller bungalows and we were very surprised when we opened the door. It was very roomy, clean. We felt right at home. The neighbors on both sides of us were very friendly and courteous. I would recommend this place to friends and would stay here again. Thank you for adding to a great vacation.

We liked the size and accommodations of the cottage. It was comfortable and offered extras, like board games, that my kids really enjoyed. We would definitely stay here again. Plus - The hosts responded fast when we contacted them before trip and during checkin. We stayed there one night. Note that this is in Fulton. Improvements needed - Area is not lit well. It seemed safe enough. It’s like a trailer home and not actual home. Amenities - no soap or shampoo in bathroom. Trailer home like bathroom, basic. What ruined it for us is we saw dried pieces of broccoli/food in kitchen sink, fridge is old and has yellow spots all over the door possibly remnants from long time ago, microwave had some spots, freezer tray is rusted. Worst thing is this moldy, urea like smell on the couches which seem old. The bunk bed when you go up and move shakes the whole bed frame. The big bed is comfortable but makes noise when you turn. It was the couch smell which made me congested and I couldn’t wait to leave. The main living room TV which is the only one we used, when on regular Roku channel shows up green but when a video on YouTube was fine. Overall not worth $230 per night.

Great place, fully stocked kitchen. overall, it was a nice value to be present for a family birthday weekend and the eclipse.

The location near Aransas NWR. Watch out for the fan if you sleep in the upper bed. Can cause serious bodily harm.

Aaron's Place was everything advertised. Peaceful and relaxing cottage. Accommodated 4 & 5 very comfortably. Immaculate and well maintained. We stayed over two weeks and would have stayed longer. A new "go to"!!!

My Spouse and I loved the cottage, it was very spacious and clean . We didn’t use the pool because we were busy around town and at the beach alot. The Air Conditioner was set 73 when we arrived which was perfect . We traveled with are 2 pets and we just love this place because are pets were able to stay with us. Perfect space for us on our little getaway. Very clean and tidy space, comfortable beds. We really enjoyed coffee on the front patio in the morning. Aaron was quick to respond to questions. Amazing cottage and location.

I screwed up on scheduling this rental. Aaron not only offered me another one but since I had to grab something quick.. he even refunded my stay. He didn't have to do that but he did. Nicest and most understanding host ever and my next trip down I will try to repay his kindness!!! Would recommend!!! First class guy!

A great spot for a Rockport getaway. We loved the space - felt like home and had everything we could want. Aaron was easy to reach and provided detailed info to make our weekend easy and relaxing. We would definitely stay here again. Worth every penny!

Aaron’s place was clean and the perfect spot for us to stay! The two bedrooms worked out great for our little family and the cottage is not far from the beach or stores or anything you need. We were able to explore the area and check out Texas beaches. Aaron was responsive and it was easy to check in and check out. We really enjoyed our stay!

Very clean and super cute cottage!!

Cute little cottage in a great location. Just a few min away from Fulton, Rockport, beach, and multiple parks. It's tucked far enough away from the road so you don't hear much traffic noise. The wifi was super fast and reliable. The beds were very soft and comfy. The little vanity/dresser was such a nice bonus. Water got very hot. Kitchen was stocked with everything you need. We did have to supply our own paper towels and garbage bags beyond the first few days (we stayed for a month). You also have access to a little swimming pool which is shared by the cottages. The host was lightning fast with communication and seemed very nice. We did have one issue - the neighbor has a very loud truck that he parks right next to the cottage. He starts it around 6am every day and we have a hard time falling back asleep so we weren't very well rested. Both us and the host tried to ask him to move his truck to an open spot but he refused. Too bad, otherwise our stay would have been nearly perfect.

Super Clean, comfortable beds/pillows, comfortable couch, accommodations were amazing! Parking was difficult because we have a large vehicle.

It's a cute little cottage. He makes the most of the space. It's tiny but we had everything we needed. He left a cute little basket with treats and provided bath, laundry and dish soap. There were some minor repairs needed - the door of the second bedroom is unhinged on top, the towel rack in the master bath was very loose and came off. The worst thing about the cottage and the reason we are giving just an okay rating is the master bedroom bed. It was awful. There is a piece of foam on top of a box spring or mattress. It was way too soft and we would roll into valleys. The sheets wouldn't stay on. We left a day early because we didn't want to sleep on the bed one more night. If the mattress is replaced and the minor repairs are done it's a good little place. Response: We do have a 4-inch mattress foam topper on top of our king mattress. Many of our guests love the bed with the added foam topper. The mattress topper is removable and had any of these issues been communicated during your stay we would have been happy to address them immediately, but unfortunately, none of these issues were communicated to us. We are local and pride ourselves on our response time and communication with guests.

Great location close to the "main drag" in Rockport. Close to Rockport beach as well, but far enough away not to disrupt the peach and tranquility that you were seeking upon booking. Great stay, I'd definitely recommend it for a weekend getaway!

House looked exactly like the pictures. The tv had apps to watch as a guest. Comfy beds and big showers. The living room was cozy and we had fun playing the board games after a day at the beach. Owner responded quickly to our questions. Definitely would recommend this cottage!

Didn’t know what to expect, we saw some smaller bungalows and we were very surprised when we opened the door. It was very roomy, clean. We felt right at home. The neighbors on both sides of us were very friendly and courteous. I would recommend this place to friends and would stay here again. Thank you for adding to a great vacation.

This is our second time staying at this home and we absolutely loved it. The hosts are very available and communicate well. The pool is a great refreshing temperature. The king bed is super comfy. The house is clean and quiet at night. We hope to return many times in the future!

Spacious, clean, and all the amenities of home. The hosts answered all of our questions friendly and timely. Very open seating so we could all hang out together. 10/10 would stay here again. If we had stayed longer, we would have had to purchase trash bags. There were no floor mats in the bathroom, so we used towels. Only one towel per person. Response: Hi. I'm sorry for the confusion. In addition to the hanging towels in each bathroom. We have extra towels stored under the sink in both bathrooms. A quick phone call over and we would have happily brought more trash bags over.

Stayed here once before. Love it. Hot water just needs to be adjusted so there’s more available when using both showers at the same time or one after the other. I’ll continue to stay at this location

Accommodations suited exactly what we needed. Loved the 2 bathrooms. Bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. We had a car. You definitely need a car if you are staying here. Was about a five minute drive to any services. Would recommend for our friends to stay. Aaron was very quick for responding to any inquiries.
