📅 Standard Cancellation Policy All cancellations must be submitted in writing (email or letter) and confirmed by our team. Cancellations are not effective until you receive written confirmation from Vacay Stay and Play. (Voicemails or text messages are not accepted.) To receive a refund (minus service charge), cancellations must be made at least 15 days before check-in . A non-refundable service charge of 10% of the total booking amount applies to all cancellations. No refunds are given for cancellations, changes, or rescheduling made within 15 days of check-in. Refunds, when applicable, are processed within 10 business days after written cancellation confirmation. No-shows will not be refunded. 🏠 Extended Stay Policy (Stays Over 60 Nights) Cancellations must be made 30 days prior to check-in to be eligible for a refund. A non-refundable 10% service charge applies to all cancellations. Cancellations made within 30 days of the check-in date are non-refundable . No partial or pro-rated refunds are issued for early move-outs or shortened stays. 🔁 Rescheduling & Changes Guests may reschedule once at no cost if requested 30 days or more before the original check-in date. Additional rescheduling requests incur a $25 processing fee per change. No refunds or credits are provided for: Late arrivals Early departures Missed check-in dates 🚫 No Refunds for Early Departures Once check-in has occurred, no partial refunds or credits are provided for early departures. 🌪 Force Majeure Vacay Stay and Play is not liable for events beyond our control (including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government mandates, etc.). Lovely new condo with everything you need for a visit to Rockport. Conveniently located in the heart of the area. Spacious for four people, could accommodate six. Large community pool and parking right at the unit’s door. Pristine condition!
