Inside, enjoy an open-concept living area with cozy seating, including a queen-size sleeper sofa—ideal for lounging after a day on the coast. The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances and all the essentials for cooking, dining, and entertaining with ease. A full-size washer and dryer make extended stays and sandy clothes a breeze.

Was a great stay overall. However, the thermostat was a headache the majority of the stay. I suggest turning the A/C on a couple of hours before you have guests staying over. Checkin was at 4pm and it was blazing hot inside. 1 AM and the thermostat was reading 82 degrees. Less than comfortable, to say the least. Overall, my family would go again.

The was very clean & organized. The house does move a little but that because there is nothing supporting it at the bottom. The bunk beds r good for little kids but not for adults. It was nice & cool inside when we arrived but then I had a hard time keeping the temperature where I wanted it.

LOVED our first stay in Rockport! My kids and I usually go to Port A for a weekend getaway in the summer but after this trip, we will definitely be back here. Rockport is a sweet fishing town with a much more calm beach - especially for kids and animals - and the house was AWESOME. Perfect size for two families of 4 to stay in and we LOOOOOVED the community pool! Katie was amazing. Super responsive and helpful. Our kids loved riding scooters down to the pool ! kitchen is super set up for cooking and has great storage for extra food you may bring. Was a great stay overall. However, the thermostat was a headache the majority of the stay. I suggest turning the A/C on a couple of hours before you have guests staying over. Checkin was at 4pm and it was blazing hot inside. 1 AM and the thermostat was reading 82 degrees. Less than comfortable, to say the least. Overall, my family would go again.
