The Palm Cottage

This was our first ever Airbnb so I was pretty scared on what do expect since me and my family were traveling so far. Katie made my first time extremely easy. She was very responsive and made me feel very welcomed! The house was beautiful along with all the amenities it offered! Also the pool was pretty great!

It is a beautiful home! We spent a weekend with our grandkids and it had games to keep them entertained. Plus community pool was not too far from house (walking distance). Thank you for hosting us!

This house was so beautiful. The space was on point. The pool was in perfect distance for my daughtes and grandchildren. Loved the downstairs stairs set up with BBQ Pit and chairs. My NOW fiancé thought it was the perfect location and time to propose. This well be a placed to come back to know to celebrate this precious moment!.

Our kids loved riding scooters down to the pool ! kitchen is super set up for cooking and has great storage for extra food you may bring. Rockport is a very nice town, the Beach there is really great for kid! We would definitely come back if we are ever in Texas again!

LOVED our first stay in Rockport! My kids and I usually go to Port A for a weekend getaway in the summer but after this trip, we will definitely be back here. Rockport is a sweet fishing town with a much more calm beach - especially for kids and animals - and the house was AWESOME. Perfect size for two families of 4 to stay in and we LOOOOOVED the community pool! Katie was amazing. Super responsive and helpful. This was a trip that was relaxing and easy and the home was super clean and functional. We will be back!

Felt like we were the first ones to stay in this house. Everything was squeeky clean and very organized. It was central to everything we wanted to do on a weekend at a great price. Keep everything just like it is now and we will be keep coming back again and again.

The location and private community was great. We could get to the Rockport Beach in 10 minutes. When we needed assistance or guidance with the house, Katie was veryresponsive and accomodating. Great place for a family vacation!

We had the best time here celebrating my daughter’s 12th birthday with a few of her friends. The girls had a blast, the pool was perfect, and we could still smell the salt air!! Definitely would stay here again. The house is also so cute inside. Fully equipped and open space.

Appreciated the amenities including toys for the.little one. More bath linens than usual in a rental. Well-equipped kitchen. Would be my first choice for a stay in Rockport. Great space for a large group.

Was a great stay overall. However, the thermostat was a headache the majority of the stay. I suggest turning the A/C on a couple of hours before you have guests staying over. Checkin was at 4pm and it was blazing hot inside. 1 AM and the thermostat was reading 82 degrees. Less than comfortable, to say the least. Overall, my family would go again.

The was very clean & organized. The house does move a little but that because there is nothing supporting it at the bottom. The bunk beds r good for little kids but not for adults. It was nice & cool inside when we arrived but then I had a hard time keeping the temperature where I wanted it.

The lock touchpad never worked for me but I textes the owner and she was very helpful and instructed me on getting a key. Beds were a little hard for my liking but everyone is different. I would stay again.

My family enjoyed our eight day. Stay at Katie‘s place. We all agreed we felt right at home. The furniture was very comfortable, clean and the beds provided comfortable sleep. Everything we needed was provided. I have no need to look elsewhere for my next visit to the Rockport. Jacinto, Austin Tx.

Rockport is a sweet fishing town with a much more calm beach - especially for kids and animals - and the house was AWESOME. This was a trip that was relaxing and easy and the home was super clean and functional. We will be back!

This place was perfect for a weekend trip to Rockport Beach with the family. Pool is beautifully lit up at night and a perfect way to end a long day!

Was a great stay overall. However, the thermostat was a headache the majority of the stay. I suggest turning the A/C on a couple of hours before you have guests staying over. Checkin was at 4pm and it was blazing hot inside. 1 AM and the thermostat was reading 82 degrees. Less than comfortable, to say the least. Overall, my family would go again.

Rockport is a sweet fishing town with a much more calm beach - especially for kids and animals - and the house was AWESOME. This was a trip that was relaxing and easy and the home was super clean and functional. We will be back!

This was our first ever Airbnb so I was pretty scared on what do expect since me and my family were traveling so far. Katie made my first time extremely easy. She was very responsive and made me feel very welcomed! The house was beautiful along with all the amenities it offered! Also the pool was pretty great!

Checkin was at 4pm and it was blazing hot inside. 1 AM and the thermostat was reading 82 degrees. Less than comfortable, to say the least. Overall, my family would go again.

The lock touchpad never worked for me but I textes the owner and she was very helpful and instructed me on getting a key. Beds were a little hard for my liking but everyone is different. I would stay again.

LOVED our first stay in Rockport! My kids and I usually go to Port A for a weekend getaway in the summer but after this trip, we will definitely be back here. Rockport is a sweet fishing town with a much more calm beach - especially for kids and animals - and the house was AWESOME. Perfect size for two families of 4 to stay in and we LOOOOOVED the community pool! Katie was amazing. Super responsive and helpful. This was a trip that was relaxing and easy and the home was super clean and functional. We will be back!

This house was so beautiful. The space was on point. The pool was in perfect distance for my daughtes and grandchildren. Loved the downstairs stairs set up with BBQ Pit and chairs. My NOW fiancé thought it was the perfect location and time to propose. This well be a placed to come back to know to celebrate this precious moment!.

The location and private community was great. We could get to the Rockport Beach in 10 minutes. When we needed assistance or guidance with the house, Katie was veryresponsive and accomodating. Great place for a family vacation!

Wow!! What an absolute gem of a find! New, clean home, very well set up for kids, inside and outside toys. Our kids loved riding scooters down to the pool ! kitchen is super set up for cooking and has great storage for extra food you may bring. Rockport is a very nice town, the Beach there is really great for kid! We would definitely come back if we are ever in Texas again!

The house is beautiful and very accommodating with all the necessities for a comfortable stay. Great location away from the business of the bigger cities.

Appreciated the amenities including toys for the.little one. More bath linens than usual in a rental. Well-equipped kitchen. Would be my first choice for a stay in Rockport. Great space for a large group.

We absolutely loved our stay here! We went to celebrate my sons 16th bday and mothers day and loved everything about this house. Comfortable beds, beautifully decorated, fabulous kitchen, and great layout. The bunk bed room was great for the boys, too.

This house was so beautiful. The space was on point. The pool was in perfect distance for my daughtes and grandchildren. Loved the downstairs stairs set up with BBQ Pit and chairs. My NOW fiancé thought it was the perfect location and time to propose. This well be a placed to come back to know to celebrate this precious moment!.

This was our first ever Airbnb so I was pretty scared on what do expect since me and my family were traveling so far. Katie made my first time extremely easy. She was very responsive and made me feel very welcomed! The house was beautiful along with all the amenities it offered! Also the pool was pretty great!

Wow!! What an absolute gem of a find! New, clean home, very well set up for kids, inside and outside toys. Our kids loved riding scooters down to the pool ! kitchen is super set up for cooking and has great storage for extra food you may bring. Rockport is a very nice town, the Beach there is really great for kid! We would definitely come back if we are ever in Texas again!

We loved this house! It was a quick trip, but just what we needed. I do recommend getting the location from the host because it is a new development and the address wasn’t showing up on maps. But other than that- it was perfect! Wish we could have stayed longer.

This house was super cute! It was very clean and maintained. We had no complaints nor did we ever encounter any problems. The pool was definitely our favorite spot. Would 100% book again. Highly recommend.

The lock touchpad never worked for me but I textes the owner and she was very helpful and instructed me on getting a key. Beds were a little hard for my liking but everyone is different. I would stay again.

My family enjoyed our eight day. Stay at Katie‘s place. We all agreed we felt right at home. The furniture was very comfortable, clean and the beds provided comfortable sleep. Everything we needed was provided. I have no need to look elsewhere for my next visit to the Rockport. Jacinto, Austin Tx.

Everything was great, however house moved too much. Felt like I was on a boat, not good for my vertigo

The was very clean & organized. The house does move a little but that because there is nothing supporting it at the bottom. The bunk beds r good for little kids but not for adults. It was nice & cool inside when we arrived but then I had a hard time keeping the temperature where I wanted it.

We had the best time here celebrating my daughter’s 12th birthday with a few of her friends. The girls had a blast, the pool was perfect, and we could still smell the salt air!! Definitely would stay here again. The house is also so cute inside. Fully equipped and open space.
