WOW. What an awesome experience. This was a business trip, and Host did not disappoint. Surpassed expectations. All guest were extremely happy with how clean and well presented home was. The lock touchpad never worked for me but I textes the owner and she was very helpful and instructed me on getting a key. Beds were a little hard for my liking but everyone is different. I would stay again.

Was a great stay overall. However, the thermostat was a headache the majority of the stay. I suggest turning the A/C on a couple of hours before you have guests staying over. Checkin was at 4pm and it was blazing hot inside. 1 AM and the thermostat was reading 82 degrees. Less than comfortable, to say the least. Overall, my family would go again.

This was a trip that was relaxing and easy and the home was super clean and functional. We will be back!

We had the best time here celebrating my daughter’s 12th birthday with a few of her friends. The girls had a blast, the pool was perfect, and we could still smell the salt air!! Definitely would stay here again. The house is also so cute inside. Fully equipped and open space.

We enjoyed our stay at the Palm Cottage! The house was cozy, spacious, and clean! The house is in a great location and we loved the pool. We can’t wait to go back!

Wonderful host & gorgeous house! We spent a long weekend at Katie’s beach house with our kids and my elderly parents. The house was well equipped with all the needed kitchen essentials, beach equipment, and family games. Great spot! Easy walk to the pool and the bay. Katie was very responsive. Was a great stay overall. However, the thermostat was a headache the majority of the stay. I suggest turning the A/C on a couple of hours before you have guests staying over. Checkin was at 4pm and it was blazing hot inside. 1 AM and the thermostat was reading 82 degrees. Less than comfortable, to say the least. Overall, my family would go again.

We loved this house! It was a quick trip, but just what we needed. I do recommend getting the location from the host because it is a new development and the address wasn’t showing up on maps. But other than that- it was perfect! Wish we could have stayed longer.

This was our first ever Airbnb so I was pretty scared on what do expect since me and my family were traveling so far. Katie made my first time extremely easy. She was very responsive and made me feel very welcomed! The house was beautiful along with all the amenities it offered! Also the pool was pretty great!

This house was super cute! It was very clean and maintained. We had no complaints nor did we ever encounter any problems. The pool was definitely our favorite spot. Would 100% book again. Highly recommend.

WOW. What an awesome experience. This was a business trip, and Host did not disappoint. Surpassed expectations. All guest were extremely happy with how clean and well presented home was. Everyone was taking pictures and showing family. I will definitely be back with my family. Host helped us multiple times when things didn't go as planned on my part. My family enjoyed our eight day. Stay at Katie‘s place. We all agreed we felt right at home. The furniture was very comfortable, clean and the beds provided comfortable sleep. Everything we needed was provided. I have no need to look elsewhere for my next visit to the Rockport. Jacinto, Austin Tx.

The lock touchpad never worked for me but I textes the owner and she was very helpful and instructed me on getting a key. Beds were a little hard for my liking but everyone is different. I would stay again.

My entire family complimented my choice of Air B&B for our weekend trip! Everyone loved it and it provided a lot of respite for us!

The was very clean & organized. The house does move a little but that because there is nothing supporting it at the bottom. The bunk beds r good for little kids but not for adults. It was nice & cool inside when we arrived but then I had a hard time keeping the temperature where I wanted it.

We had the best time here celebrating my daughter’s 12th birthday with a few of her friends. The girls had a blast, the pool was perfect, and we could still smell the salt air!! Definitely would stay here again. The house is also so cute inside. Fully equipped and open space.
