Love Jerry place this is our second time staying and we are currently looking for new dates again because it’s so comfortable we had some trouble but Jerry and his team fixed it immediately

This home is absolutely beautiful. It has everything you ever need. We enjoyed the beach which isn’t too far away from the Airbnb and came back to swim in the swimming pool. Will book again next time we come back to Rockport. This home is 5 stars!!

The place was perfect for my family! It was spacious and had enough room for us all. Very clean. The communication with you all was great as well. I appreciated the quick response when I needed help with someone parked in my spot. Thank you!

Very nice place! Enjoyed it a lot

Our family rented Jerry and Kelly’s place out for Memorial Day weekend to celebrate our birthdays together. There were minor issues that Kelly addressed very quickly for us without hesitation. The hosts were very responsive and understanding of any request or situation we had. It was a wonderful place for us to have our little family reunion together. Highly recommend their home and these hosts to other guests!

Place was exactly as described. Good location, very clean and comfortable. Cottages are all very close to each other but surprisingly you don’t hear any outside noise. Would stay here again!

This cottage was a perfect home away from home for my family's weekend getaway. It's right next to the pool and has a barbecue pit just outside the back door. The beds were clean and very comfy. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, and the restrooms were stocked as well. Jerry was friendly and very responsive. We will definitely be staying here again.

We spent the month of March at the Coastal Cottages. The cottage was exactly what was posted on line. Very clean and tidy, warm and welcoming - everything you need and the little extra touches are great. The cottage had a good central location for us to visit the surrounding areas of both Rockport and Port Aransas. Would definitely recommend and will be returning.

Our stay was good. The house was clean and perfect for an overnight stay. The host was great at communication and made sure we had all we needed during our stay.

It was a great stay! Nice little community on the outskirts of Rockport. Easy access in and out of Rockport. Pool was convenient and clean. Family enjoyed our stay!

This was our first trip ever to Rockport and this was the first time I have loved where we stayed at any place on the Texas coast! The condo was super clean, spacious, with the great amenity of the pool just steps from the door. The pool came in handy on our second day because the ocean was very warm and full of jellyfish. My only suggestion would be to have a larger couch or sectional so everyone could sit in the living area but we made it work. Thank you for a fantastic first experience in Rockport!

Cute little cottage. Kids had a blast in the pool. Home was stocked with basics. Had a great time. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful place exactly like described and pictured. Was very clean and had everything plus more needed. Only issue was the AC did not go lower than 80 and in this Texas heat very uncomfortable sleeping, but other than that I pray that issue was fixed for the next guests, would love to stay again other than that.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this house. It was absolutely perfect!! Easily accessible, in great condition, and had everything we needed. They were wonderful to work with when we got stranded at the coast due to ice storm in Texas Jan 2024. They extended our stay so we didn’t have to find somewhere else during the frustrating freeze. Would highly recommend!!!

Wooow. What can I say about this place! It was beautiful and affordable. It was very clean and right in front of the pool. My mother loved the little coffee set up that had coffee, filters, sugars and creamers. Jerry and Kelly were quick to respond and let us know if anything changed such as the lockbox code. The only tiny issue I had was that I didn’t receive clear instructions on what number our house was. The whole property shares the same address with the houses being individually numbered. It’ll be nice to just have “House #” right under the address. But other than that, everything was PERFECT!

It was OK. The listing provided amenities that were non-existent (Cable TV, more than one TV, etc). When we arrived, the pool was green and disgusting. It was cleaned during our stay and we were able to use it. Communication from host was extremely poor. They were responsive with basic things (we were given wrong code to the lock box, etc.), but when we asked about the Cable TV, or the 2nd TV that was listed, I was told they would get back to me. We never heard back, ever. Very disappointing. Also, neighbors next door who are extremely close, allowed their dog, who they kept in a crate next to our window, bark well past 3am.

I am happy to report that, they had ample toilet paper, towels for bathing, soaps and hand sanitizer. Per previous reviews, this was lacking so we brought our own but it was not needed. They provided some basic seasonings (onion & garlic power, lemon pepper and one other which I don’t recall, salt, pepper, cooking Pam). We enjoyed our stay there.. the space is light and cozy.

The bathrooms are immaculate. The pool was dirty green while we were there for 4 days and we weren't able to enjoy it. The kitchen has dollar store spoons to cook with and there are just about 3 pots for cooking. They have an apron kitchen sink, that I loved. The upper bedroom had a horrible squeaky bed that we had to change rooms to be able to sleep through the night. The host will answer you right away if you reach out to them.

When I reached back out to her she said it’ll be another 20 min because she was about that far out from the property. In all we doesn’t about 1 hour & 1/2 waiting sir someone to open up, we had 2 infants with us as well as food that needed to be refrigerated. Other than that the rest of the stay was great

The cottage itself is really cute and there is a pool right outside (fenced) which looked really fun. The location is pretty close to the beach and shops/restaurants which was convenient. It was clean and well designed/cute space. Beds were comfy! I liked that we could do laundry there if needed and that there was a little covered patio/grassy area of our own to relax at. Downside: this is a bit of a party place, or at least, it was when we went. Lots of young people enjoying their weekend and partying, which can be loud and affect parking. (We are young people, but with children 😅)

The bathrooms are immaculate. The pool was dirty green while we were there for 4 days and we weren't able to enjoy it. The kitchen has dollar store spoons to cook with and there are just about 3 pots for cooking. They have an apron kitchen sink, that I loved. The upper bedroom had a horrible squeaky bed that we had to change rooms to be able to sleep through the night. The host will answer you right away if you reach out to them.

This cottage is always a pleasure to stay at. It feels like a home away from home and comfortably fits my family's needs. The pool is right outside the back door and is clean with plenty of room for the kids to play. The beds are very comfortable as well. Thanks for your rental Jerry.

We had such a fun time during our stay. We didn't get out much due to current circumstances but the little cottage community was great. We were right by the pool, had our own grill and were able to relax on the patio. This one was covered which was nice because a big storm blew in. A great price too!

I am happy to report that, they had ample toilet paper, towels for bathing, soaps and hand sanitizer. Per previous reviews, this was lacking so we brought our own but it was not needed. They provided some basic seasonings (onion & garlic power, lemon pepper and one other which I don’t recall, salt, pepper, cooking Pam). We enjoyed our stay there.. the space is light and cozy.

This cottage was a perfect home away from home for my family's weekend getaway. It's right next to the pool and has a barbecue pit just outside the back door. The beds were clean and very comfy. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, and the restrooms were stocked as well. Jerry was friendly and very responsive. We will definitely be staying here again.

Wooow. What can I say about this place! It was beautiful and affordable. It was very clean and right in front of the pool. My mother loved the little coffee set up that had coffee, filters, sugars and creamers. Jerry and Kelly were quick to respond and let us know if anything changed such as the lockbox code. The only tiny issue I had was that I didn’t receive clear instructions on what number our house was. The whole property shares the same address with the houses being individually numbered. It’ll be nice to just have “House #” right under the address. But other than that, everything was PERFECT!

We spent the month of March at the Coastal Cottages. The cottage was exactly what was posted on line. Very clean and tidy, warm and welcoming - everything you need and the little extra touches are great. The cottage had a good central location for us to visit the surrounding areas of both Rockport and Port Aransas. Would definitely recommend and will be returning.

This was our first trip ever to Rockport and this was the first time I have loved where we stayed at any place on the Texas coast! The condo was super clean, spacious, with the great amenity of the pool just steps from the door. The pool came in handy on our second day because the ocean was very warm and full of jellyfish. My only suggestion would be to have a larger couch or sectional so everyone could sit in the living area but we made it work. Thank you for a fantastic first experience in Rockport!

The cottage itself is really cute and there is a pool right outside (fenced) which looked really fun. The location is pretty close to the beach and shops/restaurants which was convenient. It was clean and well designed/cute space. Beds were comfy! I liked that we could do laundry there if needed and that there was a little covered patio/grassy area of our own to relax at. Downside: this is a bit of a party place, or at least, it was when we went. Lots of young people enjoying their weekend and partying, which can be loud and affect parking. (We are young people, but with children 😅)

Our trip was great everything wasn’t too far away, the pool was a bit on the warm side but I figured that was due to not having any shade over it and it was really hot. The place was such a cute little place. The only thing that frustrated me was check in. The numbers weren’t on out lock box so when brought to the attention of the property manager Kelly she said their cleaning person would be there in 5 min to open it up. 15 min pass and still nobody has arrived. When I reached back out to her she said it’ll be another 20 min because she was about that far out from the property. It was OK. The listing provided amenities that were non-existent (Cable TV, more than one TV, etc). When we arrived, the pool was green and disgusting. It was cleaned during our stay and we were able to use it. Communication from host was extremely poor. They were responsive with basic things (we were given wrong code to the lock box, etc.), but when we asked about the Cable TV, or the 2nd TV that was listed, I was told they would get back to me. We never heard back, ever. Very disappointing. Also, neighbors next door who are extremely close, allowed their dog, who they kept in a crate next to our window, bark well past 3am.

The cottage had a good central location for us to visit the surrounding areas of both Rockport and Port Aransas. Would definitely recommend and will be returning.

This was our first trip ever to Rockport and this was the first time I have loved where we stayed at any place on the Texas coast! The condo was super clean, spacious, with the great amenity of the pool just steps from the door. The pool came in handy on our second day because the ocean was very warm and full of jellyfish. My only suggestion would be to have a larger couch or sectional so everyone could sit in the living area but we made it work. Thank you for a fantastic first experience in Rockport!

Our family rented Jerry and Kelly’s place out for Memorial Day weekend to celebrate our birthdays together. There were minor issues that Kelly addressed very quickly for us without hesitation. The hosts were very responsive and understanding of any request or situation we had. It was a wonderful place for us to have our little family reunion together. Highly recommend their home and these hosts to other guests!

Wooow. What can I say about this place! It was beautiful and affordable. It was very clean and right in front of the pool. My mother loved the little coffee set up that had coffee, filters, sugars and creamers. Jerry and Kelly were quick to respond and let us know if anything changed such as the lockbox code. The only tiny issue I had was that I didn’t receive clear instructions on what number our house was. The whole property shares the same address with the houses being individually numbered. It’ll be nice to just have “House #” right under the address. But other than that, everything was PERFECT!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this house. It was absolutely perfect!! Easily accessible, in great condition, and had everything we needed. They were wonderful to work with when we got stranded at the coast due to ice storm in Texas Jan 2024. They extended our stay so we didn’t have to find somewhere else during the frustrating freeze. Would highly recommend!!!

This cottage was a perfect home away from home for my family's weekend getaway. It's right next to the pool and has a barbecue pit just outside the back door. The beds were clean and very comfy. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, and the restrooms were stocked as well. Jerry was friendly and very responsive. We will definitely be staying here again.

Beautiful place exactly like described and pictured. Was very clean and had everything plus more needed. Only issue was the AC did not go lower than 80 and in this Texas heat very uncomfortable sleeping, but other than that I pray that issue was fixed for the next guests, would love to stay again other than that.

It was clean and well designed/cute space. Beds were comfy! I liked that we could do laundry there if needed and that there was a little covered patio/grassy area of our own to relax at. Downside: this is a bit of a party place, or at least, it was when we went. Lots of young people enjoying their weekend and partying, which can be loud and affect parking. (We are young people, but with children 😅)

The kitchen has dollar store spoons to cook with and there are just about 3 pots for cooking. They have an apron kitchen sink, that I loved. The upper bedroom had a horrible squeaky bed that we had to change rooms to be able to sleep through the night. The host will answer you right away if you reach out to them.

It was OK. The listing provided amenities that were non-existent (Cable TV, more than one TV, etc). When we arrived, the pool was green and disgusting. It was cleaned during our stay and we were able to use it. Communication from host was extremely poor. They were responsive with basic things (we were given wrong code to the lock box, etc.), but when we asked about the Cable TV, or the 2nd TV that was listed, I was told they would get back to me. We never heard back, ever. Very disappointing. Also, neighbors next door who are extremely close, allowed their dog, who they kept in a crate next to our window, bark well past 3am.

Our trip was great everything wasn’t too far away, the pool was a bit on the warm side but I figured that was due to not having any shade over it and it was really hot. The place was such a cute little place. The only thing that frustrated me was check in. The numbers weren’t on out lock box so when brought to the attention of the property manager Kelly she said their cleaning person would be there in 5 min to open it up. 15 min pass and still nobody has arrived. When I reached back out to her she said it’ll be another 20 min because she was about that far out from the property. In all we doesn’t about 1 hour & 1/2 waiting sir someone to open up, we had 2 infants with us as well as food that needed to be refrigerated. Other than that the rest of the stay was great

We spent the month of March at the Coastal Cottages. The cottage was exactly what was posted on line. Very clean and tidy, warm and welcoming - everything you need and the little extra touches are great. Our family rented Jerry and Kelly’s place out for Memorial Day weekend to celebrate our birthdays together. There were minor issues that Kelly addressed very quickly for us without hesitation. The hosts were very responsive and understanding of any request or situation we had. It was a wonderful place for us to have our little family reunion together. Highly recommend their home and these hosts to other guests!

First time trying Airbnb and it was amazing for our first experience. The place is gorgeous.

Great place, very clean. Spacious. The pool is also great. Right in the middle of rockport and aransas pass

The cottage itself is really cute and there is a pool right outside (fenced) which looked really fun. The location is pretty close to the beach and shops/restaurants which was convenient. It was clean and well designed/cute space. Beds were comfy! I liked that we could do laundry there if needed and that there was a little covered patio/grassy area of our own to relax at. Downside: this is a bit of a party place, or at least, it was when we went. Lots of young people enjoying their weekend and partying, which can be loud and affect parking. (We are young people, but with children 😅)

Great place to stay. It was recently remodeled and everything looks nice and clean. Be aware of mosquitoes outside.

It was a cute and clean cottage, pool was very close to our cottage, very close to the beach, clean area and quiet. we enjoyed .definitly we will come back
