Cancellation Policy

🛑 Cancellation & Refund Policy At Vacay Stay and Play, we understand that plans may change. Please review the following terms carefully before finalizing your reservation. 📅 Standard Cancellation Policy All cancellations must be submitted in writing (email or letter) and confirmed by us. To receive a refund (less service fee), cancellations must be made at least 15 days before the scheduled check-in date. A 10% service charge will apply to all cancellations. No refunds will be issued for cancellations, changes, or rescheduling made within 15 days of check-in. No-shows will not be refunded. 🏠 Extended Stay Policy (Stays over 60 nights) Cancellations must be made 30 days prior to the check-in date to be eligible for a refund. A 10% service charge applies to all cancellations. Cancellations made within 30 days of the check-in date are non-refundable. 🔁 Rescheduling & Changes Guests may reschedule once at no cost, if requested 30 days or more before the original check-in date. Additional rescheduling requests will incur a $25 processing fee per change. No refunds or credits will be issued for: Late arrivals Early departures Missed check-in dates 🚫 No Refunds for Early Departures Once check-in has occurred, no partial refunds or credits will be provided for early departures. 🛡 Travel Insurance (Highly Recommended) We strongly encourage guests to purchase third-party travel insurance to safeguard your vacation investment. Vacay Stay and Play does not offer travel insurance directly but supports your right to explore independent coverage options. By completing your reservation, you acknowledge and agree to the terms listed in this cancellation and refund policy.
