Little Bay Landing is like being at a resort. We stayed for the month of March, the townhouse was stunning. The primary bedroom was so spacious even with a king size bed. The living area was so comfortable along with a huge kitchen. The pool area was fantastic, the kids had so much fun. I highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed.

Terras place is perfect! it was very clean with everything you would need. I felt right at home! the decorations are perfect with a beach feel. It was very relaxing. I would highly recommend her place for any family staying in Rockport!
My friends and I rented this place out for a girls weekend. It was exactly what we expected from the pictures and description online. The cottage was very clean, smelt nice and very charming. The location of the pool was with in a short walking distance which was great! Terra was so easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed. This was a great weekend getaway stay for my family of 3!! It’s cozy with very comfortable beds. Having front porch access to the community pool was very convenient too! Great host and her communication was amazing. Very helpful before and during the trip. Parking was tight at our cottage and the pool noise at night was a bit loud. However, overall a great value and we loved being so close to the boat ramp. Response: Thank you! Honestly, one of the reasons I am selling that cottage least parking spaces that are too tight. Overall, I’m glad it was a good trip!
